Do you move furniture?

How should I prepare before your visit?
Pick up toys, small objects, and breakables from the floor. No need to vacuum—we’ll handle that. Please leave a space in the driveway or close to the front door for our van-mounted equipment.
Do I need to be home?
We recommend someone is home at the start so we can walk through the job and answer any questions. After that, you’re welcome to leave or stay.
Will you vacuum first?
Yes. We include a dry vacuum pass before hot water extraction to remove surface debris.
During the Appointment
How long does cleaning take?
Most homes take 1–2 hours depending on the number of rooms and services requested.
Is the equipment loud?
Yes. The equipment sounds similar to a strong vacuum cleaner.
Do you clean tile and grout too?
Yes. We clean tile and grout in kitchens, bathrooms, and other hard surface areas. We also offer grout sealing for protection against future staining.
Do you clean natural stone?
Yes. We clean, polish, and seal natural stone surfaces like travertine, slate, and marble.
After the Cleaning
How long will carpets take to dry?
Most carpets dry in 4–8 hours depending on airflow, humidity, and how soiled they were. Open windows or run fans or HVAC to help speed drying.
Can I walk on the carpet after cleaning?
Yes, but only with clean socks or indoor shoes. Avoid bare feet and outdoor footwear until fully dry.
When can I move furniture back?
If we placed foam blocks or plastic tabs under furniture legs, leave them in place for 24 hours to avoid staining.
What if a stain comes back?
Some stains can resurface as the carpet dries. If this happens, give us a call. We’ll return to re-treat the area if needed.
Do I need to do anything after tile or grout cleaning?
Just avoid heavy traffic for a few hours. If we applied a grout sealer, we’ll give you specific aftercare instructions (usually no wet mopping for 24 hours).
